Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Goyal has served as Chairperson of the CIAP Medicolegal Group (2021–22) and Past President of IAP and IMA East Delhi. He is also a NABH Assessor and a certified trainer for Basic Life Support and Mass Awareness Programs, conducting numerous sessions in schools, airports, hospitals, and public spaces.
